没找到Youtube视频,下面是腾讯视频transcript:

Person 1 (in Chinese): 那你这辈子哪段经历最难忘? (Then in your life, which experience is the most unforgettable?)

Woman: I was 25 years old and I was a very, very heavy smoker. And I just somehow ended up in Vermont at something called a preventive cardiology conference. I met a very famous cardiologist there. I was 25. And he said, Im going to give you a bit of advice for when you get older. And if you listen to me, youre going to have a very good old age. I said, What is it? He said, Everybody around you is going to tell you, Take it easy, take it easy. Dont take it easy. The older you get, take it hard. Take it hard and harder. And it really works for me. I see so many older people, they just sit around, they dont do anything, theyre taking it easy. When you climb the stairs, climb them two at a time. Just constantly push yourself harder. Take it hard, dont take it easy. Theres only one thing, thats the most dangerous thing in the world you can do, and thats to do nothing. To do nothing. Lay around and do nothing. Life is about taking risks. Sure, you take a risk anything you do standing in the street talking to a stranger. You could have asked me and I could have said, Who are you? and punched you out. But you didnt. Thats all. Take a risk.

Person 2: I appreciate your kindness and...

Woman: Oh, Im not kind. Dont mistake me for being kind. New Yorkers are not.

Person 2: Thank you so much. What was your name?

这位女士名叫Liz Friedman, 下面有一段YouTube 采防:
