自己做肉桂面包卷也不是很难的事情,

相比较其它整形面包复杂的整形,

这款面包就只需要擀平卷起和切割,

简单又方便。

面包材料(24个成品):

  • 高筋面粉3.5杯
  • 糖6.5茶匙(tsp)
  • 盐1茶匙(tsp)
  • 柠檬屑1茶匙(tsp)
  • 黄油85克
  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 牛奶1+1/4杯
  • 酵母2茶匙(tsp)

肉桂料:

  • 糖3大匙(tbsp)
  • 肉桂粉1大匙(tbsp)

面包表面涂料:

  • 鸡蛋1只
  • 食用油2滴

糖霜材料:

  • 牛奶3大匙(tbsp)
  • 糖粉1/4杯

做法:

  • 将肉桂料中的糖和肉桂粉在一个小碗中混合均匀,备用。

  • 将面包材料中除黄油外的所有材料放入厨师机中,中速搅拌至面团成型。
  • 将黄油切成小块放入后继续搅拌至面团出手套膜,大概15-20分钟。
  • 盖上保鲜膜室温饧发至2倍大。

  • 取出面团排气后,分成2等分。
  • 分别将面团擀成长方形。

  • 上面均匀撒上拌好的肉桂糖粉混合物,用手抹平。

  • 从长的一边卷起,成一个大长卷。
  • 均匀切分成螺旋卷,在烤盘中码放均匀,面包之间留合适的距离。

  • 将烤盘放入烤箱中进行2次饧发。

  • 将2次发好的面团取出,上面刷上鸡蛋和油的混合液。
  • 预热烤箱350F,烤20-25分钟至表面金黄。

  • 将糖霜材料放入一个小锅,小火煮至糖粉融化。

  • 趁热浇在已经凉透的面包上。
