Eating too much Soy Bean will cause Iodine Deficiency - then your Thyroid will not work nicely -- which will impact your sleeping.

Lamb is rich in Iron -- and if your body is missing Iron -- your Thyroid will not work nicely -- which will impact your sleeping.
