同事 Massive Heart Attack 去世

我的印度同事，星期天去BIG SUR 庆祝结婚周年，却发生 massive heart attack 去世。

平常看着是个健康人。经常在休息室看见他吃水果。

五十三岁而已！

不过从来没有听见他谈健身。也没有在公司的一些OUTING中或者体育项目中看见他的身影。

估计就是个不健身的人。

我查了一下，如何知道自己会不会 suffer from massive heart attack.  看到有 cardiac stress test。是在监控的情况下做的一项测试。

但愿每个有担忧的人，都能做这项测试！

I strongly recommend you read his story, and so many research papers published after his death,and take high dose daily to deal with health issues you described herein; thank you, for sharing. He was a chemical engineer; your are an electrical/electronic engineer from Longxian, Shaanxi; you two have something in common. He visited China twice.
