关于房市

不少conflicting signs -



1。市场过去一两年可以用疯狂来形容, 投资客(smart money)逐步退出，自助客(stupid money)开始panic;

2。去Homedepot看看，车水马龙啊；

3。利率已经开涨，其impact （negative) 会逐渐展现；

4。上周在球场上遇到父子二人，owner of construction business. 我问房事貌似疯狂了，父亲说："that's what they say but business is still slow for us".

5。米国失业率仍然高企；

6。国际金融战诡异莫测；

。。。。



个人认为，前方地雷很多：米国利率持续上扬？ 欧洲问题如果恶化？中国房市大降(it will never happen, right?)？ 。。。。。



Of course, nobody know when will any of these problems will erupt.
