选好房客很重要。I am lucky. So far my rents have never been later until today.

每月5号是交房租的 deadline, 这是昨晚房客发来的email:

Bill,

 we are up in anaheim for a volleyball tournament. Amandas sons team is doing so well that we have to spend another night. We were planning on being back saturday (today) but will now be back sunday. Unfortunately that is the 6th. Would it be ok to bring the rent tomorrow night. Sorry for it being late!

My son Jimmy plays for HHH High School freshmen soccer team. They beat the JV team 3:1 today and the JV team has yet lost a game so far this year!
