Repiple the whole house. Warrant on labor 一年，五年和十年又太大不同吗？

I said my lowest PEX bid was $7.5k including drywall fix (no painting) with 10 yrs labor warranty. I got the following for copper for $5.5k with 1 yr warranty. 各位老师同学们，你会选哪一个？

	Re-pipe entire house water system hot/cold with type L copper
	Demo drywall where needed and dispose of debris
	Supply water to the following fixtures:
	Kitchen: 1 kitchen sink,  and 1 fridge
	Garage: 1 water heater,  and 1 laundry box
	Bath 1: (downstairs),  1 toilet,  1 shower,  and 1 sink
	Master Bath:  1 toilet,  1 shower,  1 tub,  and 2 sinks
	Bath 2:  1 toilet,  1 shower,  and 1 sink
	2 hose bibs,  one in back of house and 1 in front
	supply and install a total of 3 Moen posi-temp shower valves
	replace all anglestops and supply lines throughout house with dahl 1/4 turn valves
	cost of permits and inspection included in bid
EXCLUSIONS:	drywall repair
