意式橄榄香烤鱒魚

原料:

1)鱒魚Steelhead Trout 2 条,洗净,去鳞,去内脏
2)1大匙橄榄油
3)2大匙黄油
4)绿橄榄适量
作法:

1. 把烤箱预热到425F 度
2. 把烤盘底的表面抹上一点橄榄油
3. 将鱒魚洗净后擦干后,放入烤盘(鱼皮在下面)
4. 在鱒魚表面刷上一层融化的黄油
5. 再在鱒魚表面抹上薄薄一层打碎的绿橄榄果
6. 在鱒魚的最厚处插上温度计
7. 入烤箱后至温度计的温度升到150F 度
8. 从烤箱拿出后让鱒魚5分钟再上桌
Recipe for Steelhead Trout
1) Steelhead Trout 2
2) Olive Oil 1 table spoon
3) Butter 2 table spoon
4) Green olives
1. Preheat oven to 425F
2. Clean and dry fish fillets, and place on cooking pan with skin side down
3. Brush melted butter on top of the fish
4. Cover the fish with a thin layer of chopped up green olives
5. Insert a meat thermometer in the middle of the thickest part of the fish
6. Place in oven (uncovered) and allow to cook until thermometer reads 150 F
7. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving
