秋天菜多,冬天没菜,就冬储些自家的菜。
莴笋小菜:

莴笋切片,在开水里过一遍;苹果醋,加盐糖,放几滴酱油上色,烧到将开,关火冷却。待两个都冷后,装干净的杯子,盖紧,放冰箱,可储存几个月。

茄子:

简单,放锅上蒸;然后灌袋,放冰柜。

放锅内煮,水没过盖,水温低于沸点,30分钟,会听见气体膨胀关盖的声音
