Accept your emotions. Don't deny what you feel. Your true feelings are bio-chemical reactions to your experience. They are neither right or wrong. They are gifts and learning devices for self-discovery and self-awareness. Living in denial of true feelings is depressing where you remain a prisoner to the invisible chains that binds you in utter darkness of your own mind.
Strong feelings like guilt, anger, resentment, fear and hatred might be scary. You might be afraid to think of allowing your feelings to get the better of you. You might be on guard all the time. If you disallow yourself to express its own nature, you will get lost and you will never be able to find the meaning of life or geniune happiness. At the best , you can be a successful actor to live your life as an entertainment to others. You may earn good money, have fame and honor but you will not have peace with your true self. You will fear death and failure. You will regret at the deathbed. You will be an attractive counterfeit but no chance to be a masterpiece.

You have learnt lessons which will come in handy in the future. Things may not make sense now. Be assured that things happen for a reason and it will always end well if you don't lose hope. If you choose freedom, truth, beauty, life, trust, creativity, growth, patience, courage, geniune goodwill, wisdom, knowledge and continuous improvement.
