LG这几天嚷嚷着不想吃中餐,想吃西式。我看他最近工作怪辛苦的,有什么要求,也就不忍心拒绝啦。沙拉是:celery and apple slaw 主菜是:balsamic vinegar glossed chicken. 配上法棍。

做法:西芹刨去表面最老的皮,切丝。苹果去核切丝,单独先用青柠汁拌匀。

所有的丝儿们混合,放入切碎的parsley, 撒上一大勺糖,一大勺橄榄油,
盐一小勺,胡椒适量. 拌匀,放入冰箱30分钟,就好啦。

鸡块所需材料:Chicken Thigh 4块,葡萄醋(balsamic vinegar)半杯,迷迭香(rosemary)一大勺,3粒大蒜,鸡汤3/4杯,盐,胡椒适量。

做法:将醋,蒜末,迷迭香拌匀,入鸡块腌。放冰箱1-2.5小时。
在平底锅里热橄榄油,将腌好的鸡块两面都撒上盐和胡椒,煎成两面略焦。

将鸡块取出,把锅里的杂质(会有黑的焦屑)滤掉,只剩下少许干净的油。加入鸡汤,烧热。重新加入鸡块,改用中小火,盖上锅盖煮20分钟。

开大火,把刚才腌鸡块用的醋一起倒入锅中。收汁5-8分钟,至鸡块油亮粘稠。

虽然不是很精致上相,但是这个鸡块真的很好吃。整个房子弥漫着葡萄醋,迷迭香和大蒜的香气,久久不散。
法棍是在超市买的。

回来用350度,重新烤8分钟,切块. 我用butter,LG喜欢olive oil dip

这个dipping oil是用橄榄油,葡萄醋,大蒜盐,意大利综合香料混合拌成的。
