今天晚上为了迎国庆,特意加了菜。

1.素鳝丝 (向蜜三刀学的)

主要材料:干冬菇,面粉半杯
冬菇泡软,切成丝,挤干水分。拌上面粉,炸一分钟。捞出,等油滚,复炸一分钟。放在paper towel上沥油。

另起一锅,爆香姜丝,加一点泡冬菇的水,一勺老抽一勺生抽,一勺糖一勺醋
煮至浓稠,下香菇丝拌匀。

2.腐竹拌黄瓜 和一个大连朋友学的,她教我好多凉拌菜呢。
主要材料,英国黄瓜一根,干腐竹两根半
腐竹泡软,黄瓜切片用盐捏一下,加入糖,盐少许,味精,麻油,辣椒酱拌匀。

3.山寨日式猪排

主要材料:猪里脊,面粉,面包粉,一颗蛋(打成蛋液)
里脊肉切厚片,用刀背拍松,沾一点盐。

里脊依次序沾上面粉,蛋液,面包粉。炸两分钟。捞起,等油沸腾,复炸40秒。

4.腐乳通菜 没啥好说的,只是为了get enough纤维.
总觉得有绿叶的菜才是真正的素菜,每天必须吃点才舒服。

5.山寨酿豆腐

主要材料:豆腐一块,肉酱适量(老豆腐较好,我家只有嫩豆腐,做起来很不方便)
豆腐用厨纸垫上,用微波炉热两分钟,会不那么容易破。切成四等分,炸至金黄色。
在炸好的豆腐上挖一个洞,填上肉酱。下锅加水,酱油,糖,鸡精,煮15分钟。摆盘,把剩下的汁收浓,浇在豆腐上。
(我老抽放多了,颜色有点过深)
