今天试做了一次藕盒。其实我们那儿是叫藕饼,也有人说是藕夹。不管叫啥,反正就是两片藕夹肉,用面糊煎的东西。

基本用料:藕,绞肉

绞肉加酱油,黄酒,五香粉,葱。
为什么有两碗咧?因为LD喜欢吃葱,葱多的馅儿做给他,正常的给我。

面浆:一杯面粉一小勺baking soda加水和成糊糊。

热油锅,裹上面糊,煎。

到两面金黄就可以了。

剩下的碎藕片加上辣椒丝和毛豆,又是一道菜。

先炒辣椒和藕片,再加毛豆,浇上糖醋汁。糖醋汁=一勺酱油+一勺糖+一勺醋

再来一碗番茄蛋汤,就是今天的晚饭。第一次做藕饼,油温没有掌握好,颜色有点黑。不过还是很好吃!呵呵,我吃了好多,现在还觉得一肚子都是藕。
