- You have the exact skills we are looking for

Yes, you have the skills on your resume, that's why we call upon you for this interview, however you still have to show me that you are able to do the job.Neutual

- You are qualified for this job

+ You may have the skills and experience, but I need to check if you have the personality, which makes you to fit in the team. Neutual.

- You have very good skills, you may qualify for other openings in our company, a manager from another group is interested to your background.

+ This could be a negative feedback. I don't really think you are a good fit, the truth might be there's no such opening at all, the reason I mentioned another opening, I just want to be nice and I am in good mood.

- I like your background, and I think you can easily fit in. This opening doesn't match your experience perfectly, but I will keep your resume, cause we are expanding and openings are coming out soon.

+ ops, I've deleted your resume. When there's a opening, you'd better apply again. Don't expect that I would remember your name at that time. Absolutely negative.
