金枪鱼晚饭 - Bread crumb crusted tuna
Trader Joe’s 买的冰冻的albacore tuna, 挺好的, 他们的冻海鲜都不错, 价廉物美, 这个是Fiji产的野生的.
包装上还带有菜谱, 用了我喜欢的调味面包削, 酱也改动了一些, 晚饭就有啦.
调味的面包削: Panko bread crumb, salt , black pepper, lemon zest, minced garlic, tarragon, parsley, almond meal.
酱: 蒸鱼豉油, 米醋, 麻油, wasabi, mayo.
吞拿鱼解冻后, 吸干水份, 撒盐和胡椒, 抹上橄榄油, 再裹上面包削, 用热锅煎, 3分钟后, 翻面再2分钟, 就好了. 不要久了, 看到侧面有1/4”厚度变色就行了.
配了一个荞麦面 和西葫瓜(开水汆过), 也是用同个酱拌的.
