白灼牛肉
1LB多点的牛小里脊, 冻硬点, 切薄片, 用冷水漂清血水, 沥干, 加淀粉和盐, 腌30分钟.
宽口锅烧开水, 加点油, 把西芹丝烫熟, 取出, 垫盘底,
再烧开, 把火转中小火, 把肉片一片一片下进水里, 等烫变色取出, 放在芹菜盘里,
用麻辣酱沾吃, 或淋上你喜欢的酱汁.

糟溜鱼片
龙利鱼片用白胡椒, 淀粉, 盐码一下, 油热后加鱼片进锅, 用温火滑开, 取出
锅加油热后加姜片,葱白段煸香, 加胡萝卜, 黑木耳, 草菇, 翻炒, 加盐, 糖, 溜点酒, 调味,
加回鱼片, 加水淀粉, 鸡精, 白胡椒, 用锅铲推一下, 加酒醸, 葱绿段, 再用锅铲推一下, 起锅.

蚝油鸡翅
鸡翅用蚝油, 酱油, 酒, 糖, 胡椒, 蒜, 腌几小时, 用不粘平底锅两面煎金黄,
倒入腌汁, 盖盖, 焖约10分钟, 就好啦.
