腊肠菜豆汤和孜然面包 – Sausage bean soup & Cumin pepper bread
这道汤我是把家里的冰箱的东西能搭配的都加了, 材料可以随便加减或用别的代替, 这就是我的坏习惯, 不大安分守己, 时常是七拼八凑, 甚至好几种做法一起用上. 可以叫它意大利式的汤吧.
我觉得是很好吃的, 也挺营养的, 很扎实的汤, 配点面包, 或加点米饭或意面(pasta) 进去, 完全可以是一顿很舒服的晚餐. 大家也知道我的菜都是养家糊口的东西, 跟妈妈们分享一下.
材料:
4 条意腊肠, 去肠衣, (有小茴香的)
洋葱, 西芹, 胡萝卜, 红甜椒, 蒜, 欧芹梗, 切碎,
番茄
香叶
百里香, Thyme
鸡汤,
白酒, dry Vermouth wine
鹰嘴豆, garbanzo beans, 加点小苏打泡过夜, 沥干, 加香叶煮烂.
冰冻蚕豆,
Kale,
盐,胡椒调味
帕马松起司, Parmesan
西芹, Parsley
做法:
- 腊肠炒出油, 加洋葱, 西芹, 胡萝卜, 红甜椒, 蒜, 欧芹梗, 炒软,
- 加酒, 番茄, 鸡汤, 香叶, 百里香 炖入味,
- 加Kale煮软, 加蚕豆, 鹰嘴豆(连汤), 煮入味, 加盐,胡椒调味, 撇掉浮油, 去掉香叶
- 吃时撒帕马松起司, 西芹, 配土司面包.

这个面包机版的咸味面包非常好吃, 很香, 还会拉丝, 括号里的材料是我改原方子的.
Cumin and Pepper Bread
1 cup water
2/3 cup sour cream
3 2/3 c bread flour
1/3 c toasted wheat germ (used rolled oats instead)
1 TB gluten flour
2 tsp dried minced onion (used onion powder instead)
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted
1 tsp salt
¾ tsp coarsely grounded black pepper
1 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
Place all ingredients in the order listed in your bread maker, select basic white bread.

一大锅汤, 剩了很多, 第二天又做了一个咖哩味的, 就是把上面我那个面包里面的孜然籽换成了咖哩粉, 酸奶油(sour cream)换成了原味酸奶 (plain yogurt). 也很好吃.

觉得如果是咸味的, 糖少, 面包外面会很白和很软,做三文治很好.
