Beef Enchiladas

做酱:用油炒香切碎的洋葱和大蒜,加:
1/2 tsp cumin
1 TB chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry oregano
再炒香,加:
1 - 7 oz small can of diced green chiles
2 - 15 oz can of tomato sauce
慢火煮10分钟,留用.

做陷: 用油炒香切碎的洋葱, 加:
1 LB 碎牛肉,炒出油,去掉过多的油,加切成小丁的土豆,黑橄榄碎, 1 TB chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 TB dry parsley (2 TB if use fresh), 炒香,加番茄酱(15 oz)一罐,小火煮10分钟, 留用.

组装: 烤箱预热375F, 把一杯酱到在烤盘里,铺平,
把全麦的面饼,先两面攒上酱,放2大勺陷,卷起来, 放进烤盘, 摆满烤盘, 盖上剩下的酱, cheese 和切片的黑橄榄, 进烤箱烤20 分钟, 好了.
