简单的糯米鸡— 又是一锅菜的晚饭
材料和做法:
鸡小腿6只: 用盐腌过夜, 再烫过开水, 凉后把肉撇下来, 皮朝下铺盖在大碗底里, 撒上料酒, 鸡精, 白胡椒粉, 姜米 (我这次用了祘, LG不爱吃到姜粒).
有时我用整只小鸡, 从背上剪开, 剪去背骨来垫底, 这样好看, 但吃起来骨头麻烦. 还是去骨的 腿肉好吃.
糯米3杯: 泡水过夜, 沥干, 拌上 切成丁的 --- 香菇(泡过), 筍(冰冻的比罐头的好), 香肠(也可以用火腿), 玉米, 豌豆仁, 胡罗卜, 金钩 (用料酒泡过), 加盐, 味精, 鸡精, 白胡椒粉, 油, 拌好盖在鸡上, 用筷子在米上扎上很多洞口, 上篜锅蒸2小时. 取出反倒在大盘里,撒上葱花, 淋上热油, 盘边围上蕃茄点缀.
这道菜鸡嫰饭香,保正不崩牙.
