我从北美的英文网上再查,发现铝的摄取和神经受损的因果关系还没有得到明确验证,所以建议是不要摄取过量。对于防止铝的过量摄取,主要是防止饮用水中含铝过多(
加拿大农业和食物官方网站对铝摄取和健康的专门介绍)。
不过WIKI上有对铝的一项研究表明某些铝的化合物摄取会增加乳腺癌细胞的增生。
所以,各位自己考虑吧。
反正我个人对烧烤食品,油炸食品以及高糖高脂肪的甜点向来不感兴趣,自己几乎从来不做。
