I acknowledge having received copy of the email that you sent to the Commissaire à la déontologie policière on November 1st, 2006. As I have mentioned when we spoke on the phone on October 31st, 2006, this is for the Commissaire to answer your questions. If you are not satisfied, you can file another complaint with us. We will then proceed to determine if the points submitted require any verification or intervention by the Protecteur du citoyen, accordingly with the information contained in the letter that I sent you on October 25th, 2006.

Also, would you respond regarding the refusal from MOUVEMENT ACTION JUSTICE (MAJ)，which I mentioned on my first complaint letter since MOUVEMENT ACTION JUSTICE (MAJ)  already accepted my case; but a few months later, Madam Bouchard just simply told me that her boss disagreed to let her on my case--it even no written and no explanation.
