Madeleines

2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 cup butter melted

Beatthe sugar, eggs, salt for 5 minutes until pale and fluffy. Beat invanilla and almond extract. Beat in flour at low speed. Fold in orangezest and half of melted butter. At last, fold in the rest of meltedbutter. Scoop the batter into mold. Bake the cookies in pre heated ovenat 375F for 10 minutes or until the top spring back when lightlytouched. I love them warm and with a cup of tea. You will like them,too.
