有时候，我们在解经时由于太急于替神“辩解”而不自觉地将一些不合理的预设引进来，使得解经走入误区。

作者介绍《约翰一书》的作者虽然没有明确道出自己的身份，但从写作风格、语气、和内容诸方面看，本书的作者的确应该是使徒约翰，这是教会史上普遍同意的。在主的十二个使徒中，约翰是唯一没有殉道的。因此在其晚年，对维护纯正的基督信仰起到了中流砥柱的作用。
