现在我改用烤箱来烤,用面包机做dough.放9x5的bakingpan里发,发大了(大概1小时)就开烤,375度,20-25分钟就好了.

还是毛毛妈的酥皮方,基于我有的材料,私自略作修改.
水皮:APflour1cup,盐小许;vegetableoil22/3tablespoons;water1/2cups
油皮:pancakemix2/3cups(因为没有cakeflour);oil1/4cups
用毛毛妈的方法准备好酥皮.以上份量我弄16个.
包上红豆沙,锁边(小时候做油角的方法),涂蛋液,洒上芝麻.
烤前:
400F,大概15分钟,oruntilgoldenbrown.
层次很漂亮,很酥口.

炒饭其实很简单.有剩饭又在家工作的日子我最喜欢炒饭作lunch了.
热油锅,煎两个鸡蛋,放ham炒出香味,加米饭(我向来用剩饭)和小绿豆.干则加水(一点一点的加,不要一下子加太多).掌握到理想境界:炒至饭香软而不烂不粘,起小小锅巴.最后加小小许酱油调色调味(记住ham本来就比较咸的了)
