我用的分量: (2-2-2就是下面的材料)
2 medium potatoes
2 tablespoon AP flour
2 eggs
salt 适量(1/2 tsp)
1) 土豆去皮
2) 加蛋, 面粉, 盐, 搅拌均匀.
3) 热油锅
4) 开煎, 至两面金黄
分两轮, 共煎了8块, 第一轮的干出锅, 就被抢购一空, 所以没有成品照.
