1. 用Rice flour:Singharanut (Waterchestnut) starch:Corn starch = 5:1:1 (粘米粉:菱粉:玉米粉), 加水做成粉浆
2. 蒸盘刷层油, 放粉浆薄薄覆盖表面即可
3. 蒸三分钟
4. 取出蒸盘, 小心卷起
5. 重复#2, #3, #4至用完粉浆为止.
(我是用两个蒸盘, 轮着蒸)
