政府还算老实，不过这下税就要少收1/3了。政府要不就得举债，要不就得裁员，或者二者同时都有。
跌到$10K也不是不可能，不好的区已经有那个价了。
如果真的跌到那个价钱，就是一万的价钱，每月$500-$600的房租。回报太高了，就会反弹。

在这个complex里面，别人都在花三万四万才能买一个单位的时候，一个公司花了四千七百买了一个单位。这个单位一个月可以出租$575，HOA=$187.Tax+Insurance=$80,Repair=$50,=>$3,096/year=>CapRate=65%.
哇！
不过它没有hold，当天就卖给了另一个公司，$7,700.一天赚了64%！
不过，有能力去银行批发的，就能赚这个比例。

昨天，全家一起去餐馆吃了龙虾。以前吃感觉做得不好，连我儿子都说肉硬，不好吃。这次去一家中餐馆，结果发现做得很好，龙虾做好后放在一个蒸笼里，下面垫的蒸好的糯米饭；龙虾好吃，糯米饭因为浸在龙虾的汤里，也非常好吃。

地球上海洋面积占70%，陆地面积占30%。石油是海洋生物死掉后形成的，所以石油应该本来就是大海里才存在的。陆地上有石油的地方，不过是以前也是海底而已。所以石油的大部分或绝大部分，都是在海里的。并且，海洋每天都还在做同样的事情，还在产生石油。
