Three rented, one more to go in Central Florida

It looks people are moving back to FL. Three of the four units I bought early this year are rented now. One more to go.

One bedroom units, bought average $31K. Rent $575, $575, $610. HOA fees are pretty high, maybe around 6% return.

I started monitoring condo sales in Feb this year for price under $50K. On Feb 5, which is the first day I started monitoring, the total listing is 1,173. Yesterday, it is 892. If someone wants to draw a chart and post it here, that will be great, here is the daily data:
