2011年，基本按照年初的思路，逐步执行。
1.产品运到了中国，但现在还没有找到销路。我还是坚持自己不在中国国内花很多时间的立场，坚持等到国内人找到销路的那一天。保持小规模，保持如果失败也能承受的规模。
2.完成在T市购买四个condo。在CentralFlorida购买一个condo。卖掉了一个在Texas的房子。最后一个在Texas的房子也有了offer。

风景很好，万山红遍，层林尽染。山顶上的森林已经披上了白色的衣裳。
十一月向北走，时间晚了些。平地的路还可以，山路难走，并且山里每天都下一点雪，不能清早进山，要等撒盐撒沙后，才安全。对车子损害很大，路上和卡车擦身而过时飞沙走石，风挡玻璃很容易损坏。
路上已经没有度假的闲人，车速都比较快。卡车很多，尤其是运木头的卡车。

白菜房不是到坏区去买烂房，如果这样理解，完全是曲解。
白菜房是指因为市场危机，原来不坏的区的房子，跌到了很低的价格，从而使得RE投资者可以像买白菜一样，买原来买不到的房子。
例如，在FL,原来十多万的condo，现在三万就可以买到。但是，如果想火中取栗，非要到坏区买八千块，那就不是买白菜房了，那叫什么房呢，应该叫垃圾房。
