材料 Ingredients:
2/3杯低筋或中筋面粉 (2/3 cup
cake flour or all purpose flour)
3大勺糖 (3 tablespoons sugar)
4个蛋 (4 large eggs)
5大勺油 (5 tablespoons oil)
2杯奶 (2 cups milk)
奶油夹心 Cream Filling:
半杯奶油(4 oz whipped cream)
1条奶酪(8 oz cream cheese)
1/8杯奶 (1/8 cup milk)
3大勺糖 (3 tablespoons sugar)
草莓夹心 Strawberry Fill:
1磅草莓 (1 lb fresh strawberry)
制作:
1.做蛋饼糊:取一大碗,鸡蛋打散加糖,加奶搅匀,筛入面粉拌匀再加油搅匀盖起来放一边儿休息。有一点儿小面疙瘩不要紧,休息一会让液体浸润一阵儿再搅几下就好了。
2. 草莓留5,6个做花,其余的切片
3.奶油夹心: 再取一碗放奶酪隔水软化加糖,奶,奶油拌匀。
4.平底锅中火2大勺面糊一张饼两面煎黄
