苹果千层蛋糕(Crepes Cake)

材料:
2/3杯低筋面粉(中筋也行)
3大勺糖
4个蛋
5大勺酥油(shortening)融化
2杯奶

奶油夹心:
4 oz (半杯)奶油(whipped cream)
1条(8 oz)奶酪( cream cheese)
1/8杯奶
3大勺糖

苹果夹心:
3 个苹果
2大勺柠檬汁
1.5 杯水
3大勺糖


制作:
1. 做蛋饼糊:取一大碗,鸡蛋打散加糖,融化的酥油拌匀,加奶搅匀,筛入面粉拌匀盖起来放一边儿休息。

2. 苹果夹心:另取一碗放水,柠檬汁加糖拌匀,苹果削皮切薄片放入混合液微波炉转软(2-3分钟)

3. 奶油夹心: 再取一碗放奶酪隔水软化加糖,奶,奶油拌匀。

4. 平底锅中火2大勺面糊一张饼两面煎黄
