主赏赐这样的员工和上司 - 以弗所书读经随笔 第6章

以弗所书第六章第5-9节，保罗阐明了如何在耶稣基督里作一个好员工或好上司。作员工的要像服从基督一样以敬畏之心服从上司；不只在老板的眼睛看着的时候好好干活，而是要从心里自发的全心全意地干，就像是为基督而干，主会赏赐这样的员工。作上司的，对待员工也要如此，不要胁迫员工，因为上司和员工共享同一位无偏见的神，同样，神也会赏赐这样的上司。

弗6:5 你们作仆人的、要惧怕战兢、用诚实的心听从你们肉身的主人、好象听从基督一般。
Servants, be obedient to those who according to the flesh are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as to Christ;
弗6:6 不要只在眼前事奉，像是讨人喜欢的，要像基督的仆人，从心里遵行神的旨意。
Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but as slaves of Christ, doing the will of God from your heart. 
弗6:7 甘心事奉，好像服事主，不像服事人。
Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not people, 
弗6:8 因为晓得各人所行的善事，不论是为奴的，是自主的，都必按所行的得主的赏赐
because you know that the Lord will reward each one for whatever good they do, whether they are slave or free. 
弗6:9 你们作主人的待仆人，也是一理，不要威吓他们。因为知道他们和你们，同有一位主在天上，他并不偏待人。
And masters, treat your slaves in the same way. Do not threaten them, since you know that he who is both their Master and yours is in heaven, and there is no favoritism with him.
