扎根并建造在耶稣的爱里 - 以弗所书读经随笔 第3章

以弗所书第三章第14-21节，保罗说他祷告祈求天父坚固我们，祈求他通过圣灵坚固我们的内心，这样通过信心基督就住在我们心里了；并且，保罗还祈求我们能够扎根并建造在耶稣的爱里，明白基督的爱是何等的长阔高深，知道这爱超过了人类的知识，这样好叫神的丰盈充满我们。保罗最后说，神能照着他运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足的成就一切超过我们所求所想的，他的荣耀必直到世世代代，永永远远。阿们！

弗3:14 因此，我在父面前屈膝，
For this reason I kneel before the Father, 
弗3:15（天上地上的各（或作全）家，都是从他得名）
from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 
弗3:16 求他按着他丰盛的荣耀，借着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来，
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 
弗3:17 使基督因你们的信，住在你们心里，叫你们的爱心，有根有基，
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 
弗3:18 能以和众圣徒一同明白基督的爱，是何等长阔高深，
may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 
弗3:19 并知道这爱是过于人所能测度的，便叫神一切所充满的，充满了你们。
and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. 
弗3:20 神能照着运行在我们心里的大力，充充足足的成就一切超过我们所求所想的。
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 
弗3:21 但愿他在教会中，并在基督耶稣里，得着荣耀，直到世世代代，永永远远。阿们。
to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
