蛋糕体材料【成品16个】:

  • 低筋面粉2+1/2杯
  • 泡打粉(Baking Powder)2+1/2茶匙TSP
  • 苏打粉(Baking Soda)1茶匙TSP
  • 盐1茶匙TSP
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 糖1+1/2杯
  • 香草精3茶匙TSP
  • 色拉油1杯
  • Butter Milk 1杯 (可以DIY: 1杯牛奶+1茶匙柠檬汁,混合静置5-10分钟)

香草奶油霜材料:

  • 奶油奶酪Cream Cheese 230克
  • 鲜奶油Whipping Cream 1+1/2 杯(375毫升)
  • 糖粉1+1/3杯
  • 香草精1/2茶匙

装饰材料:

  • 红莓
  • 薄荷叶

做法:

  • 预热烤箱350F。
  • 将面粉,泡打粉,小苏打和盐混合均匀。
  • 将鸡蛋放入搅拌盆,用电动打蛋器中速打20秒。

  • 面粉混合物过筛,将一半放入鸡蛋液中。

下面做美味又不会融化的香草奶油霜:

  • 将鲜奶油倒入无油无水的搅拌盆,高速打发至能拉出尖角,别打过了。

  • 另一个搅拌盆中放入奶油奶酪和糖粉,先用叉子大致混合一下,以免高速打飞糖粉。

  • 将两者用硅胶铲混合均匀。
