Vincent van Gogh wrote to his brother in a letter:
“I want to touch people with my art. I want them to say 'he feels deeply, he feels tenderly'.”
I have always wondered how people can tell by looking at his paintings that "he feels deeply, he feels tenderly."
Your writing has often touched my heart deeply and tenderly. I have slowly come to the realization that your writings, or any forms of arts in this matter, can have such a power because the person who creates it must feel more deeply and more tenderly.
I tend to believe this ability is a double edged sword. It gives you the edge to produce the outcomes you desire, for example, the amazing writings you have created, but it may cause, if unrestrained, unwanted physical or mental consequences in other situations.
