Dear Dr. Hei: 

Thank you very much for letting me attend your consultation-liaison rounds.

Although I am seeing psychiatry patients in a private clinic in xxxxx on a weekly basis, the patients I encountered during your rounds were much more challenging. There are different styles for ward rounds and yours was among the ones that I like most. While taking care of patients is a serious thing, and learning is important for residents, they can be fun as well. Patient care and learning can be done in a more interesting way. 

I also got a chance to see a patient with Dxxxx Mxxxxx in the emergency department. Thus I was able to visit psychiatry ward, medicine and surgery wards, and the emergency department. I like these experiences very much, and I sincerely hope I can join the psychiatry residency here in the University of xxxxxxx.
