Nutrient-Packed Bliss: Explore the Goodness of Stir-Fried Brown Rice with Ham, Eggs, and Veggies
I enjoy different kinds of fried rice, such as chicken, beef, shrimp, pork, and vegetables. This time, I want to try making brown fried rice with ham, scrambled eggs, peas, and corn. It's a simple dish that only takes about 20 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice
Three pieces ham
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup frozen corn
Two eggs
1oz/6Tsp vegetable oil Green onions (optional)
1/4 Tsp Salt
Pepper (optional) Instructions:
1. For perfectly cooked brown rice, use 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water. Cook on high-pressure cook for 20 minutes. I use Instant Pot.
2. Scramble the eggs, add oil to the pan, stir-fry them, and put them on a plate. Add a pinch of salt and white wine to the beaten eggs to remove any fishy smell (optional).
3. Cut the ham into small pieces, then put it in the pan until it is well done.
4. Combine steamed brown rice (put salt in it), peas, corn, and scrambled eggs.
5. Add green onions, season, and serve hot. This serving is suitable for 1-2 people.
Feel free to customize it according to your taste.
Adding more vegetables is also perfectly fine. I summarized the recipe above myself.
