这是一本给大人看的“小人书”。作者生于1954年，她用画画的方式记录自己照顾年迈的父母度过生命的最后一程。她的父母生于1912年，父亲活了95岁，母亲活了97岁。

死亡是个沉重的话题，作者面对生活的无奈没有忘记幽默。
