无意中翻阅我们家的老照片，洪都拉斯的两组照片引起了我的注意。那几年LG双亲已经过世，而我必须常回国看父母。几乎每次我回国LG就找一个地方去潜泳，到洪都拉斯也是这个借口，说他挑的都是我不会喜欢的地方。他说洪都拉斯是他去过的最差的潜水地，珊瑚都被破坏了。
说点题外话，最近几年，我也挑了些东欧穷国，也假设他不会喜欢，自己自由行出去了两趟，和朋友又出游欧洲两趟。LG以前因为出差满世界跑，比我玩的地方多。也许以前跑多了，也许年龄大了，他现在宁愿在电视YouTube上周游世界（确实很多系列的旅游地介绍，自己去可能看不到那么全）。陪我自驾好像还行。
言归正传。每次去潜泳他也会顺便游览一下，洪都拉斯他就长途颠簸去看了科潘玛雅遗址（Copan Ruins）和 Utila岛。
Maya Site of Copan（From unesco site）
Discovered in 1570 by Diego García de Palacio, the ruins of Copán, one of the most important sites of the Mayan civilization, were not excavated until the 19th century. The ruined citadel and imposing public squares reveal the three main stages of development before the city was abandoned in the early 10th century.
科潘遗址于1570年被迭戈·加西亚·德帕拉西奥(Diego García de Palacio)发现，是玛雅文明最重要的地点之一 ，一直到19世纪才被挖掘出来。废弃的城堡和壮丽的公共大广场体现了它10世纪初期被遗弃前的三个主要发展阶段。该地点是科潘河谷的政治，民间和宗教中心。它也是覆盖玛雅地区东南部及其外围的更大领土的政治中心和文化焦点。
读了唐班的Copan游记，他说Copan是世界上玛雅文明三大遗址之一。我虽然没去过，我LG拍的照片都放上了英文说明，我乐得学习学习，分享一下。也可以作为唐班主大贴（https://bbs.wenxuecity.com/travel/590146.html）的补遗。
10年前LG比现在胖不少，经常出差，吃的不健康。他雇了一个导游骑马上山。

Utila岛，他去那里潜水，结果潜水地很失望。不过尖尖的火山岩挺有意思的。

LG说洪都拉斯物价很低， 他也不预定旅馆。有一次跟随一群年轻人去青旅，他那间屋就他自己，才10美元。不过这可是十年前的老黄历了。他也没有租车。
