烤孢子甘蓝（迷你包菜 ）baked Brussel sprouts

Cut them in half, more cuts for the big ones to make them all even sizes.

 

0.75 pound Brussel sprouts, put 0.75 tbsp avocado oil

 

1.5 pound Brussel sprouts per package, put 1.5 tbsp oil.

 

1/2 tsp salt for 1.5 pound Brussel sprouts 

 

Zest 2-3 garlic cloves, or use garlic salt or garlic powder 

 

Mix well, put loose leaves in the middle, bigger pieces on the edges.
