WHAT??? That's a good example of checking yourself 1st, not your neighbor! Clean your house before worrying about someone else's dirt! That's an Alfred Hitchcock ending!

Woah. By the end it all makes sense. Why they didn’t show the dog bite him. And why the tag was ripped out of the pants. And why he was limping when he got out of bed. It’s so crazy. Definitely a must watch!

He's great at playing crooks

Michael Douglas is such a fantastic actor. I mean I really, really hate him right now. LOL He is incredibly capable of digging into character and convince anyone he is a corrupt DA.

As an R.N. and a state certified sexual assault forensic examiner for 12 years, he forensic evidence would not have been able to be changed by district attorney for his benefit. The police forensic technician, the certified S.A.F.E., and /or medical forensic expert needs to testify on the photographs which he or she had taken and the evidence that he or she had obtained. The testimony includes verifying that the photographs and evidence hasn't been tampered with from what was originally obtained and documented by them. Crime lab personnel must testify as well.
We have been trained to be as precise, as the best forensic technicians in law enforcement. We have to put the EXACT time and date and our initials on each envelope of evidence and each envelope of slides that we obtain and our initials. We place the EXACT time and date on any blood work and urine specimen that we obtained for drug facilitated sexual assault. Both kits have to have copies of paperwork and physical forensic examination report inside. The kits are sealed with a special seal. the EXACT date and time opened and the EXACT date and time closed must be written on each sealed kit., with our name and state certification number as a SAFE. Clothes with evidence are collected and secured in closed bags with EXACT date and time collected, as well.
For years we took photographs of all injuries with the same Canon Police Forensic Camera with different lens and photographs printed out on instant photograph developer . Two sets were made with date and time, signed with our initials. One set was placed with chart in medical records. One set was in chain of custody for law enforcement. Everything I collected or photographed couldn't leave my sight. Either the police signed their name, date and time on the boxes and the chain of custody sheet or the security officer in charge would-sign chain of custody sheet, placing all items in locked refrigerator, until law enforcement picked it up and signed chain of custody sheet. Everything went to the County Crime Laboratory.
Forensic technicians and Crime Lab technicians must testify concerning evidence and photographs obtained. Sexual Assault Forensic Examiners must also testify to the evidence and photographs obtained. No district attorney or prosecutor has access to evidence already obtained and processed
We now use a specialized digital camera with our colposcope or or separately. The digital photographs have to be loaded in a special computer dedicated to SAFE with our own account. The photographs are up loaded to our account with date and time of case with medical record number. These photographed are encrypted and they can never be altered.
