Patience reap reward - Saturday, BJ's Restaurant, full of room with people waiting for being seated or pick up their take-out. I waited for 2 hours and 18 minutes - all people were gone except me - still waiting. Shaylene asked me "Are you still waiting?" - she got my payment. She checked and said "food got cold and I got you new one. " Manager Kayline came, asking me "why are you waiting?" -- She checked and honored me a reward. ((Back in my mind, when I saw so many people waiting, it reminded me of those days working in restaurants - blazing speed in dealing with flood gate opening customers - those days! Never forget!
