调料:橄榄油一大勺,盐1/2茶勺。
做法:将BabyBroccoli用开水(加一点盐和橄榄油以保持绿色)焯一下。炒锅热后放橄榄油,下葱花炒香,放入鸡蛋炒熟,放入Baby Broccoli ,加盐炒匀即可。
备注:大勺=15毫升(table spoon),茶勺=5毫升(tea spoon)。

Baby broccoli is a cross between broccoli and Chinese kale (gai-lan). It combines an asparagus-like stem with tiny buds reminiscent of a mini broccoli head.
