With 3-5 years of post-doc experience

Research scientist/staff scientist: 300k to 400k ($50k to $70k)?

Senior scientist/ lab manager/middle level manager: 500k to 650k ($80k to $100k)?

上海大学的一般办公室职员工资才3千。但奖金，补贴，科研分成加起来却要5千多。

教师的收入就更多了，一般副教授都在 6-7千基本工资 加科研，课时补贴费。 最大的大头在自己的科研经费和“科研创收 ”的分成上。
