Healthy Pepper (also called Tiger Pepper)

This dish is very easy to cook and does not use any oil:


Choose any kind of peppers, wash it clean. So colorful like an art.


Heat a wok or pan, cut the peppers into pieces and just lay them on the hot pan. Heat them until little black spots show up and the pepper become soft.

Take the peppers out to a dish when they become soft.



The seasonings needed are vineger, suger mostly. You can add a little soy sauce or salt if you like.

Put the vineger and suger in a wok and heat it up, put the grilled peppers in and stir it for half a minutes.


Try a little and Add soy sauce or little salt to adjust the flavor to perfect.
