刚刚做了一道宵夜,叫做心太软。说白了就是红枣加糯米心儿,挺容易做的。甜甜糯糯,女生和小孩子都喜欢吃。

所需材料:去核红枣,糯米粉。糯米粉加水,和成团。粉和水的比例我也说不清楚,总之面粉和耳垂差不多软就行了。

红枣用剪子剪开

把糯米团搓成一条条,再取小小一坨塞进枣子里。

取一个小锅,加一大碗水,1/4杯冰糖,煮化后加入红枣。没有冰糖,用白糖也能凑合。小火煮差不多20-30分钟,总之等红枣上的褶子平顺了就行。剩下的糯米团也别浪费,等红枣差不多煮熟的时候,搓成小圆子丢进锅里去。

也不用收汁,直接盛进盘子里吃。收汁会太甜。
