菠菜蛋塔-Spinach Quiche

在家隔离的日子，让自己变得安分守己点，我的厨房是我的最好的sanctuary.

 

 

 

材料：

1 个大洋葱，切碎，用黄油炒熟；

1 杯火腿肉，切小片，我用的是prosciutto (bought at Costco online ), 炒变色；

1 包 冻菠菜碎，解冻，挤干水分；(Trader Joe's frozen)

1 杯全脂牛奶，

6 个鸡蛋、

1/2 杯 Mayo

1 tsp fresh thyme

1/2 tsp nutmeg 

1/2 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp black pepper 

1 tsp salt

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated (Costco English Cheddar)

1 pie crust (Trader Joe's frozen pie crust, makes 10" pie)

Preheat oven to 425f

blind bake pie crust for 15 minutes 

brush warm crust with 1 egg white 

lower oven temperature to 350f

pour all ingredients into the pie crust 

bake for 45 to 50 minutes 

rest the quiche for 15 minutes before serving.
