牙买加猪排沙拉 – Jerk Pork Chop Salad
同事从牙买加带回来的Jerk sauce, 送我一瓶, 把它腌了无骨去皮的鸡腿和猪大排, 烤了, 很好吃, 比我上次作的味道要更辣,

腌酱:
1个洋葱, onion
2个红葱头, shallot,
3个 ”哈苯呐罗”辣椒,Scotch Bonnet/habanero pepper,
6-7瓣大蒜,
1大匙,五香粉, five-spice powder
1大匙,”多香粉”,ground all spice berry
1大匙胡椒粉, black pepper
1大匙干百里香,thyme
1茶匙肉豆蔻粉, ground nutmeg
2大匙红糖
2茶匙盐
半杯酱油
2大匙植物油
2大匙白葡萄醋, white balsamic vinegar
1 TB 老抽, dark soy sauce, 上色用
6磅鸡腿
进450F 烤30-35 分钟, 烤好的鸡和排骨用来配沙拉吃, 冷或热放沙拉上都可以, 下班回家很方便就做好了晚饭.
