烤小羊排晚饭 - Bread crumb crusted rack of lamb


一年里最忙的日子熬过啦, 给大家带个菜问好.



香草调味的面包屑:

院里採的香草料, 拌匀以下

1杯面包屑, panko bread crumbs,
1 TB 欧芹碎, fresh flat-leaf parsley
3 TB 薄荷叶碎, fresh mint
1 TB 迷迭香碎, fresh rosemary
1/2TB 百里香, fresh thyme
3 TB 橄榄油, olive oil

烤箱预热400F

羊小排, 去掉多余的肥肉, 只留薄薄的一点, 洒盐,胡椒, 进热铸铁锅, 把肉面煎金黄,

抹上一层芥末酱 (Dijon mustard), 再把面包屑裹上肉面, 压压紧,

进烤箱, 烤(roast)约20-25分钟, 肉内温度达130F, 取出, 松盖锡纸, 歇约10分钟, 就可切开装盘了.

配了藜谷饭quinoa,
烧开水加入quinoa, (水和quinoa =2:1), 关火, 焖10分钟,
另一小锅用橄榄油炒软洋葱, 黄橙甜椒, 加盐, 胡椒, 蔓越莓干, 倒入煮好的quinoa, 加欧芹碎拌匀, 拌洒炒香的松子.

还有个好吃简单的甜点:

Strawberry and blueberry mousse

1包无味的吉利粉, 7g gelatin powder, 加1/2杯冷水, 加热, 溶化粉后, 倒入blender, 加2 杯草莓, 2杯蓝莓, 1罐炼乳, 一个柠檬的汁, 打成糊, 装小碗, 进冰箱, 几个小时后就凝固了.

I eat almost everyday Quinoa now, more nutrition and less worried to gain weight. Thanks! Your families must be so appreciate to have your home made food everyday!
