葡式蛋挞 Portuguese Egg Tart
馅料:
2 TB 玉米淀粉, cornstarch
2 c Half & Half
6 TB 糖, sugar
¼ tsp盐, salt
6 个蛋黄, egg yolks
1 段桂皮, cinnamon stick
1个 柠檬皮, lemon peel,
1支香草豆角, 破开, 用刀刮下籽,
皮:
一包frozen butter puff pastry, thawed.
做法:
把馅料倒入厚锅里, 搅拌匀, 慢火加热, 到浓稠, 过筛, 保鲜膜盖好, 冷却,
皮子卷成筒, 切小段, 杆成圆形, 垫在挞模里, 加入馅料, ¾ 满.
进375F烤箱, 烤12-15分钟, 再用broiler 烤3-5分钟, 表面金黄, 略有焦灼就好了.
